Born in Mexico City, Peter moved to La Jolla, California, with his family at a young age and has lovingly called San Diego home for over 30 years. A proud graduate from the University of San Diego with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance, Peter now blends his strong business acumen with a deep passion for helping others.
Peter's real estate journey began in 2001, driven by his deep desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. In 2006, he launched his own brokerage, building lasting client relationships and guiding countless individuals toward their dreams with integrity and care. In 2025, Peter Ariza was thrilled to bring his expertise and personalized service to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties at its La Jolla office, which has sold more homes in La Jolla than any other brokerage and is one of the region's most respected real estate firms.
